Strategise, compose, design, direct, produce, analyze and report on cross-channel, multi-media creatives and communications for HerStory Foundation and CholPori.
The position is full-time in flexi-work mode, and has fast professional growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Planning and communication strategy design aligned to company goals.
- Communication plan and execution for book promotion on the HerStory Foundation Facebook page, with the objective of driving online sales.
- Communication design.
- Leading the production of parenting video content for CholPori's Facebook and TikTok channels.
- Assisting in the development of various programme communications.
- Strategy and management of programme communities (WhatsApp), ensuring regular posting and moderation.
- Communication impact reports.
- Press communications when needed.
Skills
- Fluency in Bangla and English
- Social media fluency and skills
- Ability to design comms for various audiences and channels
- Ability to identify and frame relevant topics
- Meticulous and self-motivated
- Ability to incorporate feedback and data to improve outcomes
- Unwavering integrity
- Coordinating production pipelines
